the lobby looked nice the staff let me leave my luggage for a longer period
the room was too small a bathroom door was in an odd spot it made access difficult i heard noisy work at 6am on two mornings this was frustrating

the location proved ideal for exploring nearby attractions. breakfast offered a diverse selection of items. the rooftop bar featured a plunge pool and offered excellent city views. the staff members were notably friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests.

i had a premier double room. the location proved convenient with restaurants and cafes nearby (i did find a great spot for pho). the staff were responsive to requests. the room was acceptably clean.
the room i booked had a view of a brick wall (it really wasn't much of a view). this should have been mentioned in the description, in my opinion. also, the street was under repair, so getting in and out of the hotel was a bit challenging.

underwhelming stay despite some positives
cramped room strong air conditioning
the location was acceptable it allowed easy access to many attractions.
the room felt cramped it barely accommodated luggage i booked a premier room the lack of windows made it claustrophobic also, the air conditioning was too strong making it quite uncomfortable during the night.

the rooftop pool offered a great view it was not too crowded. breakfast included pho and many fresh fruits i found tasty options.
the gym equipment was a bit old some treadmills were out of service.
